Our group, led by Dr. Chandrasekhar Murapaka, explores the frontier of spin-based electronics — magnetic domain dynamics, skyrmion dynamics, and energy-efficient information storage, spanning both experimental and theoretical spintronics.
We bring together researchers from physics, materials science, and electronics engineering to tackle problems in magnetism and spin transport — including ferrimagnetic materials, topological spin textures, topological insulators, Heusler alloys, and multistate memory devices. We're actively involved in national and international collaborations, aiming to contribute to both academic advancement and the next generation of faster, more efficient information technologies.
